Moderator Commands (BASIC)
        *6 Mute/Un-Mute own line
        *5 Mute/Un-Mute all lines
        *7 Lock/Un-Lock conference
        *0 Reach An Operator
 

Moderator Commands (ADVANCED)
    Dial "*#" to enter advanced commands
   

Press 1- To dial in a new participant
        press *1 to add participant to conference
        press *2 to disconnect the participant
        press *3 to disconnect while dialing out
   

Press 2- To hear the number of participants. (name can be heard if profiled with this option during account set- up)
   

Press 3- To lock/ unlock conference
        press 1 to toggle lock/ unlock
        press 2 to exit options
       

Press 4- To mute own line
        press 1 to toggle mute/ unmute
        press 2 to exit options
 

Press 5- To record the conference
        press 1 to pause recording
        press 2 to stop recording
        press 3 to hear recording reference
        press 4 to return to conference
        If conference is paused
        press 6 to resume recording
        If recording is not in progress
        press 1 to overwrite recording
        press 2 to exit option
 

Press 6-To enter billing reference number

Press 7- To return to conference

Web Portal / Operator Console Application
Integrate the Web Portal with any Voice Conference. This unique, graphical user interface is intuitive, easy-to-use, and empowering for the moderator. The Web Portal serves as a virtual meeting area allowing people to join, schedule and manage multimedia conferences with the click of a mouse, anytime, from anywhere. From this function, you can manage your call with a graphical user interface, entailing the same functions as those listed under "moderator commands"

 

A Normal conferee who can both listen and talk in conference.

	A muted conferee who can listen but not talk in conference.
	A conferee who is on hold and cannot hear or speak in the conference.
	This is the operator intercept button, no-one else can hear this operator except the conferee being intercepted.
	This is a moderator, similar to a conferee but has the facility to dial, mute or drop other participants.  This would be the 'chair   person'.
